Founded in 2018 by Maritza Guillaume-Émile, a seasoned industry professional with more than 25 years of experience, BENH brings a safety-first, solutions-driven approach to every project.

We specialize in full-scope construction management and facility maintenance services that ensure long-term performance, compliance, and environmental responsibility. From pre-construction planning and permitting to on-site supervision, project close-out, and ongoing maintenance, our team delivers reliable, efficient, and sustainable results.
